Guj Tourism Corporation to sell properties, land

The Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (TCGL) has decided to sell properties, including resorts and parcels of land owned by it. TCGL Chairman Kamlesh Patel said this is being done as a part of re-organisation of the company, which was approved by the state government through two resolutions, one on March 9, 1994 and other on July 10, 2006. The built-up properties intended for sale are Palace Beach Resort and Veraval Tourist Bungalow (both in Junagadh district), Hotel Sumenu at Palitana (Bhavnagar), Tourist Complete Valthan (Surat) Dwarka Guest House at Dwarka (Jamnagar) and Vafeteria located at sector-28, Gandhinagar.
