Copy case: Relief for DIG

The Gujarat DIG who failed in law examinations following charges of copying was given a clean chit by the State High Court.

The court has kept aside the University's claim after it found out that inquiry done by the University was in disregard of justice.

Though the complaintant observed that the cop copied from the foot rule, the material itself was not produced during the inquiry, pointed out the court. --MP
